Chicken Souvlaki PItas

Ingredients

  • Chicken Marinade: ¼ cup of olive oil, ½ juiced lemon, 3 gloves of minced garlic, dried parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper
  • Tatziki sauce: ¼ cup of yogurt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 shredded and drained cucumber, 1 clove of grated garlic, a bunch of chopped fresh dill, and salt to taste
  • Cucumbers
  • Tomato
  • Red onion

Recipe

  1. Marinate cubed chicken breasts for at least 3 hours
  2. Air fry the chicken until cooked (about 350 for 10 minutes, depending on the size you cut the pieces)
  3. Make the tzatziki sauce
  4. Thinly Slice cucumbers, tomato, and red onion
  5. Assemble the souvlaki sandwich by layering the tzatziki sauce on the fresh pita, add thin sliced tomato, red onion, and cucumber, then the chicken
